My top-up hasn't reached my meter. How do I add my UTRN?
Add UTRN via your in-home display
Your credit should reach your electricity meter within a few minutes of completing the steps – but up to 30 minutes for gas, as the meter only 'wakes up' every half hour.
Model type: Chameleon 3
- Press Menu and scroll through to find ‘Apply Top Up Code’ and press ‘OK’.
- Use arrows to scroll through the numbers and press ‘OK’ to select the number.
- When you have entered all the numbers press ‘OK’.
- ‘Top up Sent’ message and then ‘Top up Accepted’ appears on the screen.
Credit still not loaded? Try moving your in-home display closer to your meter; or add your URTN directly to your meter.
