My top-up hasn't reached my meter. How do I add my UTRN?
Add UTRN via your meter
Model type: Aclara (electricity)
- Short press button ‘A’ to scroll to the ‘Enter UTRN’ option – then long press button ‘A’ to select this option.
- Press button ‘A’ to increase the value of the first digit.
- Press button ‘B’ when you're ready to move onto the next digit.
- Long press on button ‘B’ when you've entered the UTRN to validate entry.
