I've downloaded the EDF app for my Apple device, but it keeps crashing
If you are experiencing problems with the EDF app you can double-click quickly on the iPhone/iPad action button and all “open” apps are highlighted in a pop-up bottom bar. From here you can hold your finger on the icon and an 'X' will appear. This will “close” the app rather than delete it (so no need to download a new version). This is effectively a version of the 'web hard refresh'.
If you are still experiencing problems, for example if the app is crashing or freezing, please try the following:
- Delete any current versions of the EDF app by holding your finger on the application icon and selecting the ‘X’ when it appears
- Navigate to the App Store and download a new a new version of the EDF app.
