You can go to MyAccount or log in to the app to change your:

  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Contact preferences
  • Password

You'll need to contact us if you need to:

  • Change the spelling of your account name
  • Change your account name (e.g. to your married name)
  • Change the name of the account holder (e.g. from your partner's name to your own)
  • Add a partner's name to your account
  • Change your correspondence address
