You can manage your energy account on the go 24/7 by downloading our app onto your smart phone.

When you first download the app, you can use your MyAccount login and password to log straight in. Or register with your account number, last name and post code to get started.

Please be aware that our app isn't available for traditional prepayment meters (not smart).
