I don't agree with the meter reading(s) used when I switched supplier
Please read your meter to see if the meter reading(s) used to switch you from your old supplier to EDF Energy or vice versa is inaccurate.
If it is inaccurate you can contact us using the Chat button on the right with your up-to-date meter reading. We will then check whether or not we need to dispute the meter reading used when you switched suppliers. We will discuss this with you before raising a dispute with the other supplier, to help you understand the process.
