I can't set up my Direct Debit online – how do I fix the problem?

When you're changing tariff or switching to EDF, you should get the option to pay by Direct Debit.

Any other time, just go 'Direct Debit' in MyAccount and follow the steps:

  1. Give us your meter readings (if you've not done this recently)
  2. Tell us when you want your payments to come out of your bank each month
  3. Give us your bank details
