I can't log into the app. How do I access it?
Please be aware that the previous version of the apps (prior to 5.4 released 23rd December 2016) are no longer supported so you’ll need to download the latest version. It’s worth doing because we’ve made some big improvements, making it even easier to stay in control of your energy account – wherever you are. To find out more, hop along to the app features and benefits page.
If you've successfully registered for the app but can't log in or have forgotten your details, try retrieving your username and/or password - both available on the login page of the app - see the image below.
- For your password, simply use our forgotten password feature and you'll soon receive an email with a link that lets you reset it.
- For the email address you registered with, use our forgotten username feature.

If you’re a new EDF customer, your account might not fully be set up yet. Please come back once we’ve confirmed with you that your account is up and running.
