How do I change my low balance alert for smart pay as you go?

When the balance on your meter drops to £5, we'll send you a text or email to let your know that your credit is running low.
 Go to MyAccount if you want to change your alert amount:
  1. Log in to MyAccount – go to 'My Payments' and click on 'Low balance alert'.
  2. Choose whether you want to change the alert for electricity or gas.
  3. Choose whether you want your alert when your credit drops to £10, £15 or £20.
  4. Click 'Update' – and relax.
If you've given us your mobile number, we'll send your low balance alert by text, otherwise we'll send it by email.
