If you're a vulnerable customer you may be able to get a grant from the EDF Customer Support Fund through our Priority Services Register.

This grant could help clear your gas or electricity debts.

Pay off your balance in smaller amounts over over a longer period of time

With an instalment plan, you don't need to pay off your balance in one go.

You will need to give us a few details about your current circumstances, and we'll see if we can help you out by setting up a repayment plan.

When working out what you can afford you'll need to take into account how much you need to budget for your future bills to keep your account up to date.

Please remember you need to keep up with your instalments once you've set up a plan. If you miss a payment, we’ll need to start our debt recovery process. So it’s important that you agree a plan that is affordable for you.
