Can I change or cancel my smart meter installation?


  • Yes, you can. You can reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance, or cancel it up to an hour before.
  • Just log in to MyAccount (you need to sign in or register first). Then go the 'Smart meters' section to change or cancel your appointment.
  • MyAccount is the quickest and easiest way to cancel or change a smart meter installation. But you can also call 0333 200 5104(1).
