What happens next
- We'll email your new tariff details within 48 hours
- Your fixed tariff prices will start from 1 April
- All our tariffs have a 14-day cooling-off period. If you change your mind, you can cancel by email at cp@edfenergy.com
- If you pay by Direct Debit, your payments won't change immediately. This may happen at your next Direct Debit review. If your new prices are more expensive than your old tariff, we recommend you change your Direct Debit payments. You can do this in MyAccount
