Next generation of apprentices join the team at Dungeness B

The next generation of Kent’s nuclear engineers has started work at EDF Energy’s Dungeness B power station after securing places on the company’s highly acclaimed four-year engineering apprenticeship scheme – just as the 2018 recruitment process kicks off

Superheroes raise money for local man

Two civil engineers from Dungeness B power station, dressed as Batman and Robin, swapped their batmobile for a tandem to raise money for local man Aaron Wicks.

Our visitor centre has an interactive exhibition where you can find out more about nuclear power generation. We also offer pre-booked tours of the power station and it's all free of charge. 

Community

EDF Energy and Nuclear Decommissioning Authority hold regular joint meetings with local people, media, council and emergency services representatives and local politicians to maintain regular communications about the site. This meeting is independently chaired.
