Interested in working at Sizewell C?
The construction and operation of Sizewell C will create thousands of jobs and apprenticeships, providing opportunities for different skills at each stage of the project.
We will need a diverse range of skills, from construction and engineering through to catering and hospitality, and we are already working with local training providers to help people develop the skills we will need on the project.
We want to make sure people living in the region benefit as much as possible. Sizewell B, our operating power station on the Suffolk coast, already provides long-term rewarding careers and we want Sizewell C to do the same.

Apprenticeships and industrial placements
From hands-on placements in our business to learning from industry-leading experts for a degree apprenticeship, Sizewell C offers a range of placements and apprenticeships for all experience levels.
Learn more about our opportunities in our Employment and Training Prospectus or on our Young SZC pages.
EDF offers a range of nuclear placements and apprenticeships too with the aim of helping people build long, fulfilling careers.
If you have a question or would like to register your interest for a Sizewell C programme, our team would love to hear from you. You can reach them at YourFuture@edfenergy.com.

Graduates and post-graduates
The beauty of our graduate and post-graduate programmes is that they allow you to gain experience with both Sizewell C and EDF.
We offer opportunities throughout the year in a variety of business units such as communications, finance, environmental management and many others.
To find out more, visit EDF's graduate and post-graduate pages or send us an email at YourFuture@edfenergy.com.
Nuclear industry professionals
What do Sizewell C, Hinkley Point C, the Technical Services Organisation and the UK's existing nuclear fleet have in common? They all need highly-skilled workforces, working effectively and collaboratively, to help Britain achieve Net Zero.
That's why we are working with the Nuclear Energy Skills Alliance on a common approach to build and support a base of skilled workers for the UK's future nuclear fleet.
If you're interested in working in new nuclear and supporting the UK's future nuclear fleet, please register with the joint SZC-HPC Jobs Service.

Opportunity for all
Sizewell C has the potential to change the lives of thousands of people in Suffolk and East Anglia for the better, by providing jobs and helping to develop careers. We are working hard to make those jobs accessible to people across the region – and have already taken steps to reach rural areas and the larger centres of Ipswich and Lowestoft.
The launch of community hubs with Inspire Suffolk and Access Community Trust will ensure that local people from right across Suffolk can access well paid employment and develop their careers during the construction and operation of Sizewell C.
