Adrienne Kelbie, Chief Executive of the ONR (Office for Nuclear Regulation) spoke at the most recent Women in Construction meeting at Hinkley Point C. Adrienne held the session focused on ‘Top tips for change’ where she encouraged the audience to think about how they approach change, feel positive about stepping outside of their comfort zones and empower themselves to reach their full potential.

Hayley Critchley, Independent Site Assessment Lead, said “I was so pleased that Adrienne was able to lead this session today. As Chief Executive of the ONR she really is role model for women in our industry, so it was a great opportunity to benefit from her knowledge and experience”.

The session was organised by the Hinkley Point C Women in Construction Network and forms part of their aim to provide members with knowledge sharing, mentoring support and networking opportunities.
