This form is to be used when you have a query regarding an EV tariff, Vehicle or Charger 

The EV team are not able to help with the installation of a smart meter or isolator switch.

For smart meter installation please follow the BAU process.

For isolator switch installation or a fuse upgrade, please refer to the knowledge base and book using Customer Plus.

An email will be sent to the EV team letting us know that you have a query. We will respond to you or your customer as soon as possible to advise what needs to happen next.

Please follow the BAU process for booking a Smart Meter installation for the customer. Once their meter is installed they will be able to complete themselves a quote for our GoElectric EV Tariffs here https://myquote.edfenergy.com/myquote-login. Please contact the customer to arrange for the installation of their Smart Meter
