- Where NHH and HH offers created the customer must sign both
- NHH contract will be used to bill from renewal date until meter reprogrammed
- HH COMC contract will be used to bill from meter reprogrammed date until contract end date
- It is not possible to downgrade a meter that records an MD to quarterly and as all AMR meters record an MD they therefore can not be downgraded
- For Renewals – You will be issued a letter confirming the date the meter was reprogrammed
- For Gains - You will be issued a letter confirming the date the meter was reprogrammed and that their quote number will be different on their invoice to the quote number on the offers they signed
- All reprogramming of meters is required to happen within 45 working days of the contract start date or change of supplier date
Current contract that has an end date beyond 01/04/17 on Fixed + Peace of Mind
- COMC quote will be created with start date 01/01/17
- Quote will be price matched to the standing charge and unit rates on existing contract
- COMC will occur in Q1 2017, EDF Energy will cover any variations in the contract costs
- Customer will inherit any additional MOP, DC, DA, Reactive Power Charges from date meter reprogrammed
