International Women's Day 2024 #InspireInclusion

International Women's Day is a global celebration that recognises the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women around the world. It's also a time to acknowledge the ongoing challenges that women face in the pursuit of gender equity.

This year's theme, "Inspire Inclusion" highlights the importance of promoting inclusion in the workplace. This means fostering a diverse and equitable environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives and talents. 

At EDF, we recognise our responsibility to inspire inclusion so we caught up with speakers from our annual Women's Network conference to delve into what this year's theme means to them. Saadia, Fiona and Annie shared some key insights with us.
