TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BoilerCare Gold is provided by Domestic & General Services Limited, and BoilerCare Total^ is provided by Domestic & General Insurance PLC.

1. This promotion runs from 12:00 BST on 19th March 2026 to 12:00 BST on 30th July 2026.

2. This promotion only applies to BoilerCare Gold or BoilerCare Total^, the “eligible plans”. if:

• They are paid for by Direct Debit; and

• They are purchased on the EDF website, USwitch or MoneySuperMarket.

3. Eligible plans will be provided at 2 months free.

4. This promotion is only available to customers of EDF purchasing eligible plans for the first time during the time of the promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, customers who have already purchased BoilerCare Gold or BoilerCare Total^ before the 19th March 2026 are not eligible for the promotion.

5. You cannot cancel BoilerCare Gold or BoilerCare Total^ and then purchase another eligible plan to protect the same boiler within 12 months of the original purchase date.

6. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

7. Insofar as is permitted by law, Domestic & General will not, in any circumstances, be responsible or liable to compensate participants or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking advantage of the promotion except where it is caused by our negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Domestic & General reserve the right to withdraw the promotion before the end date (only in unavoidable circumstances beyond our control). Upon reasonable notice, we may amend or withdraw this promotion only where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond our control. Any such change will not affect customers who have already qualified for the promotion. We may also refuse or withdraw the promotion from a customer on reasonable notice where the customer is not eligible to benefit from the promotion in accordance with these terms.

9. These terms and conditions (and all non-contractual claims and disputes) are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales.
