Energy Assist is a discounted tariff for households experiencing fuel poverty. It’s an innovative response to this challenge and offers a discount on our current standard tariff prices.
In 2006, EDF Energy took steps to protect vulnerable customers with the launch of our discounted tariff. We’re committed to offering a discounted tariff until at least 2012. As a further demonstration of support, we re-launched Energy Assist in May 2009.
