Vulnerable Customers: Debt Packs

We have developed information packs that are issued to all fuel poor customers who fall into arrears. These packs provide information on products and services from EDF Energy that may help customers spend less on energy (such as energy efficiency advice) as well as information on how to make paying bills easier. This advice includes not just information on the EDF Energy Trust and alternative payment methods, but also general information on budgeting and prioritising.

The pack also includes signposting to third party agencies that can assist with issues relating to the wider household debt issue and with maximising income.
