This graph will display how much energy on average you have used in a day. It will display your daily average for this bill, your last bill and your bill at the same time the year before.
The seasons will affect the amount of energy you use e.g. you may use more electricity in the winter than the summer.
Please note if you have recently moved home, your property has been vacant or your bill has been recalculated, your graph may not be displayed.

This is the bill summary and will tell you
- the amount of your last bill
- how much you have paid since your last bill
- your charges for this period, included in this figure are any discounts and account adjustments
- the total amount of debit or credit that your account is in (if you are a Direct Debit customer this will be for information only)
- the date your payment should reach us by.

Your Supply Number, this is a unique reference number which identifies your meter and property, you will need this number to change your energy supplier.
