What’s MyAccount?

MyAccount is an online service that lets you access and manage your EDF Energy account details 24 hours a day, 7 days week.

With MyAccount you can:

  • View your quarterly bills online to track your spending
  • Submit meter readings via secure MyAccount pages to make sure we give you an accurate energy bill
  • Track the energy you use at home by using our ‘Energy Tracker’ when you sign up to our Read. Reduce. Reward Scheme
  • If you’re a Nectar collector and have registered your card with us, you can view your Nectar points statement
