Take a closer look at our new look bill
The Retail Market Review has completely transformed each bill we send. Here’s what we’ve done to make these important pieces of communication more informative and easier to understand.
- We’ve used customer language wherever we can to explain the annual statement in everyday language.
- We’ve used colour to highlight sections. You’ll see core messages in white boxes and additional information on the right.
- We’ve added information that’s more relevant to you, such as the Tariff Information Label and tariff comparison section.
- We’ve also included pictures showing last year’s energy usage as well as projected spend for the next 12 months.
