Fitting secondary glazing can be a low-cost way to reduce draughts and noise from poorly fitting windows.

How it works

Although cheaper than replacement double glazing, secondary glazing works in the same way, by creating an insulating barrier of air between two layers of glass to reduce heat loss, noise and condensation.

How it’s installed

A supplementary sheet of glazing is attached to your window frame on the inside of your existing single glazed windows.
