main content

Installing a new high efficiency gas or oil condensing boiler and heating controls could cut your CO2 emissions at home and help you save money on your energy bills.

How it works

High efficiency condensing boilers recover the waste heat that would normally be lost through the flue of a conventional boiler, but good heating controllers are essential to maximise their benefits. There are two kinds of condensing boiler: regular, which heat your hot water through a cylinder and combination which provide instant hot water and require no cylinder.

How it’s installed

A registered, qualified installer can advise you on which type of condensing boiler is most suitable for your home and complete its installation. In most cases, condensing boilers can be easily fitted onto most existing heating systems.
