Are you eligible for an energy efficiency grant?
Thanks to the Carbon Emissions Reduction Target (CERT) programme, you may be entitled to an energy efficiency grant to help you insulate your loft and cavity walls for as little as £199**.
If you’re aged 70 or over, or receive income or disability benefits, you may even be eligible for a grant to cover the full cost of home insulation – and you don’t have to be an EDF Energy customer to apply.
Can Warm Front help you heat your home?
Warm Front is a government scheme that makes it easier for people on low incomes to meet their heating costs at home.
Regardless of whether you own or rent your home, if you receive income or disability benefits you may be entitled to a Warm Front grant – to pay for home insulation and in some cases to install a heating system.
Warm Front is part of the Government Home Energy Efficiency scheme in England – it provides different grant packages to pay for insulation and heating depending on the needs of individual householders and the construction of their properties.
