What happens next:
• One of the Green Energy Team will then call you, to arrange a survey of your home.
• We’ll take a £50 deposit over the phone.
• An electrician will arrive at your home, complete the survey and in most cases, fit your dedicated EcoRecharge charge point‡.
• We’ll invoice you the outstanding amount and begin the process of switching your electricity supply (and/or gas) to our Eco 20:20 tariff*.
• We’ll post you your test certificate, warranty and Eco20:20 welcome pack.
• Some customers might need a special installation, with design modifications. In these cases, the cost of your package will be more than £799. We’ll advise you on the best options available‡
• And don't forget, we'll start sending you your monthly statements giving details of your car's electricity usage, amount spent and your carbon emissions compared to a petrol car^
‡ If after your survey we find your home can't accommodate a standard installation, don't worry, in these circumstances we'll design a bespoke solution for you and provide a written quote for your approval.
