What’s in your annual statement?
Your statement will be included with your bill and displays the following information:
- The amount of energy you've used in the previous 12 months (kWh)
- A projection of the amount of energy you'll use in the next 12 months (£)
- Direct Debit discounts if applicable
- Principle Terms of your contract
- Information regarding the use of estimated readings
