- Can I pay by Direct Debit?

Paying by Budget Direct Debit is not only easy and convenient, but by signing up you will also benefit form a 6% discount. Payments are made monthly from your bank ccount, and you will receive an annual statement. To sign up, go to MyAccount.
- Can I pay my bills online?

You can view and pay your bills online through MyAccount.
- What if I want to pay by cash or cheque?

No problem. Although you will be missing out on the 6% discount. offered with Budget Direct Debit. We will regularly send you a meter read reminder. This will give you the choice to either: pay the standard payment amount (the cost of the energy we think you will use over the year divided into equal payments) or provide a meter reading. If you provide a meter reading, we will then send you an accurate bill for the full amount owing.
- Can I use Internet Banking?

Yes - we are happy to take payments via internet banking. Please use your account number as a reference. Our bank account number is 13845095 and our sort code is 40-05-30.
