Yes, all of our electricians are NICEIC registered and of an extremely high standard.
- Are the electricians directly employed by EDF Energy, or do you sub-contract the work out?

The vast majority of the electrical installation work is completed by EDF Energy employed electricians. However, in some instances we do use carefully selected electrical contractors.
- Do you offer any guarantees for the work you carry out?

Yes we do. You will receive a 1 year guarantee for any work we carry out, and if it’s a full re-wire you will receive a 10 year guarantee.
- What does a Free Visual Inspection involve?

It ascertains the age and condition of the wiring in the property. One of our qualified advisors will look at your fuse box, earthing, bonding and your sockets and switches.
- How long does a Free Visual Inspection take?

It will approximately take 30-45 minutes, depending on the size of the property.
- How much does a new fuse box cost to be fully installed by an EDF Energy electrician?

It will cost approximately £600 + VAT and comes with a 1 year guarantee.
