A Day Out
Hi there, Julie and I are off to fly my kite in the park. I like to get away from work on my day off. Staying round here just reminds me of work. I mean take this street for instance. It’s just a street – yeh, but look closely and you can see Danger of Death signs all over the place. On the street light junction boxes, power line poles, traffic light junction boxes, traffic speed cameras, electricity substations, railway power lines, they all have Danger of Death signs because they all use high voltage electricity. I just love watching other people working when I’m on a day off, bye guys!

Danger of Death
The Danger of Death sign warns you that you are close to high voltage electricity.
When you see this sign remember to be careful and keep away from the area.
Never remove the covers from street lights – the wires inside carry electricity and you or other people, could get an electric shock
Never remove the covers from bollards in the middle of the road. These also contain electricity and you or other people could get a fatal electric shock.
Remember building sites and holes dug in the road may contain live electric wires. Don’t go near them.
