We value our employees' views and encourage them to have their say if they have any ideas to improve service quality, the way we do things or save money in the company. All feasible ideas are assessed by a panel and if implemented company-wide will be recognised and rewarded.
You are also encouraged to complete our annual Employee Opinion Survey, giving you the chance to have your say about how the company is run. For each completed form we receive, EDF Energy donates £1 to charity.
