The Energy Branch is responsible for the generation of electricity and the purchase and sale of electricity and gas to deliver competitively priced energy for our customers. The Branch is responsible for two coal fired power stations in Nottinghamshire and a gas fired power station in Lincolnshire and has its headquarters in central London where the wholesale markets and Risk Management teams are based.
