Customers Branch is the supply part of our business and we provide energy to over five million customers throughout the UK. The branch includes the Retail and Customer Services arm of EDF Energy and operates out of Doxford, Exeter, Hove, London, Plymouth and Worthing.

Customer Field Services (CFS) is part of EDF Energy's Customer Branch and is our metering agency. It offers the complete range of metering and data services to help customers to use energy more efficiently and therefore to save time and money.
