Salary and Benefits
As you learn and develop with our apprentice scheme, you will also be taking home a salary which has the potential to grow as you gain more experience. Basic pay will range from approximately £9,000 in the first year and will increase each year up to approx £17,500 by year four. In the first two years whilst you are away from your base location we pay for your accommodation and meals as well as a number of paid return journeys home.
You’ll receive plenty of holidays – 23 days plus bank holidays, and our wider company benefits are also impressive.
